Members of the National Employment Equity Council

The National Employment Equity Council is Canada’s national body bringing together leading labour unions, human rights organizations, advocacy groups, and community-based institutions to advance employment equity and drive systemic change.

Our members represent a powerful cross-section of sectors and communities — from workers in federally regulated industries, to national human rights organizations, to grassroots groups confronting systemic barriers on the ground. Together, they form a coordinated national force. One that is working to ensure employment equity is not only recognized, but meaningfully advanced, strengthened, and realized in workplaces across the country.

The Council welcomes organizations that are committed to advancing employment equity and contributing to a coordinated national effort to address systemic barriers in workplaces across Canada.
